Our volunteer program is available to anyone who is able to spend at least six weeks with us and who speaks Spanish and English. Room and food is given in exchange for work, and on your days off  you can join into the activities or tours that Finca Ixobel offers. If you are interested please contact us for more details. 

We are actually looking for volunteers who can help out in our restaurant and reception, a handyman (woman) with skills in carpentry is always welcome and somebody with experience in horsecare and riding.
